If you’ve been living under a rock for the last several days, the Navy Exchange and Commissary have implemented a new “you can bring one guest with you to help you carry shit and whatnot” policy. Realizing that the early bird often gets first dibs on the good meat and electronics, local companies, from dealerships to card makers, have wasted no time capitalizing on this.
