Note: A lot of this information came by way of Wikipedia and Guampedia (although any errors are probably my fault). I didn’t know many details about these events until I did this post.All jokes aside, everyone knows that Guam was liberated from Japan by the United States. If that’s all you know about it, I suggest you sit down and have a talk with any of Guam’s manāamko who were around during these events. I’m sure they’ll be glad to let you know exactly what happened, when it happened, and where it happened. At the very least, you should visit Guampedia.
